This Bar Mitzvah was held in Chelsea Pier so that the Bar Mitzvah boy could celebrate with his friends in an afternoon of playing basketball and other sports. The parents asked us to get a New York Knickerbocker basketball player. The family was very into basketball and were fans of the New York Knickerbockers. Having the opportunity to actually play basketball with a current New York Knickerbocker player was something that both parents and child could only dream of. Lerner Sports Marketing was able to arrange for Jared Jeffries, a current New York Knickerbocker basketball player to attend the Bar Mitzvah run a basketball clinic for the kids, and play games with the children in various different sports.
