Paul O’Neill played 17 years in the major leagues for the New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds. He had a lifetime batting average of .288 with 281 home runs, 451 doubles, 21 triples, 1041 runs scored and 1269RBI’s in his major league career. He was a member of the 1990 Cincinnati Reds championship team, as well as the 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000 New York Yankee championship teams. He was a 5-time all-star, once with the National League and four times with the American League, between 1991 and 1998. In 1994, Paul won the A.L. batting title (.359).
