Phil Linz played 7 years in the major leagues for the New York Yankees, New York Mets and the Philadelphia Phillies. He had a lifetime batting average of .235 with 11 home runs, 64 doubles, 4 triples, 185 runs scored and 96 RBI’s in his major league career. He played in two World Series with the New York Yankees in 1963 and 1964.
